In my grade 12 Communications Technology class we produced a five minute short movie. My job responsibilities were microphone installer, Audio in a group of three students. During the Interview, I hooked up the Microphone to the interviewers.  I also listened for background noise during the interview. In addition, I also created the Music for my Short Movie and mixed the audio levels. This video is entered in the 2018 Kingston Canadian Film Festival in the Youth Shorts Category.


Documentary Video 

'' The Funniest Moment about Secondary School''

In a team comprised of three students we produced a short one minute documentary video on Grade Nine at Holy Cross. Our Topic was '' The Funnest Moment about Secondary School''. Seven Groups covered topics such as: ''The Scariest'', ''The Uniform'', ''The Best'', etc... My job title was the Producer, so I was responsible for getting the release forms for the grade nines that I interviewed. Another one of my Jobs as Producer was asking grade nines a bunch of questions about their Secondary School Experience. I found interviewing grade nines very challenging because I  it found hard to get grade nine students animated, but overall  I found that the grade nines students were very pleasant to work with. The 9 part video series will be shown to elementary schools to educated grade eight students about Holy Cross and to aid in a smooth and successful transition to secondary school.

''Roques Radio Video Intro''

Video Introduction for Roques Radio produced by Robert Roques 

I created this 10 second video introduction in the genre of 20th Century Fox's searchlight production. I used the program ''motion'' to create the animated background. I created the Music and the Sound effects using Soundtrack Pro. I edited the background in Final Cut Pro Version 7 and added the logo I created. I created the logo in Abode Illustrator and inserted  the text,music and sound effects in Abode Illustrator. I am happy with how my logo turned out as it is very professional.

 I created this Television Commercial Reproduction in my Grade 11 Communications Technology Class.  In This assignment , I had to chose a television commercial and the challenge was that I had to replicate the shots of the commercial as close as possible. I used a Canon VIXIA HFS100.  I was edited on an iMac computer using Final Cut Pro. I produced this commercial in a group environment with two other students.

Group Radio Advertisement by Robert Roques 

I created this Group Radio Advertisement in my Grade 11 Communications Technology Class. In this assignment, the task was that everyone in the class had to write down a word and was randomly paired up by a teacher. You had to use the two words that you and your partner wrote down and create a 30 second Radio Advertisement. My group Radio Advertisement was called Window Gorilla. This Radio Advertisement was edited on an iMac Computer using Final Cut Pro.
